Your Speech Therapist

Hi! My name is Tracy Lyn Gerdes, and I have been a speech-language pathologist since 2013.  I earned my bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders from the University of New Mexico and my master of science degree in Communication Disorders from Western Kentucky University. This field provides the perfect blend of science, creativity, and humanity, and I love what I do!

After working in several different school districts, I decided to start a private practice so I could provide higher quality service to the children I serve. This also provides me the opportunity to work directly with parents and caregivers to provide them with the tools they need to enhance their child's speech and language development at home. I complete many hours of training and research review every year to remain current on treatment approaches and techniques.

In my spare time, I enjoy crafting, gardening, travel, books, and spending time with my family, friends, and fur babies.
